Printer UI

Visual Experience (VX) Design · HP

Intuitive interface for physical printers. VX design for printers focuses on creating user-friendly interfaces and seamless experiences for both physical printing and digital workflows — from the small screen on the device itself to surrounding digital touchpoints.

This work fed directly into HP's Echo Design System for Print, now adopted across all print design teams — establishing shared UI patterns, icon language, and accessibility standards used company-wide.

VEM Platform

Virtual Engagement Manager

A self-service platform that enables streaming, automating, and transforming operations end to end. The work spanned user research, wireframing in Adobe XD, rapid prototyping, and final UI design — all built on a documented design system handed off through Zeplin.

Accessibility and responsive behaviour were first-class requirements throughout, with every flow checked against WCAG standards before release.

Content Studio

Campaign Production Tooling

A tool to create email and banner templates for campaigns promoting pharmaceutical products. Working with clients including Pfizer, Sanofi, Amgen, and Lilly meant designing inside tight regulatory and accessibility constraints without slowing teams down.

The result: a wireframe-to-production pipeline that let marketing teams assemble compliant, on-brand assets in a fraction of the previous turnaround time.
